Korin Faught, a figurative painter, born in Phoenix, Arizona and was educated at ArtCenter College of Design in California. Faught studied under painters Aaron Smith, David Luce and Michael Hussar who were early influences on her work. Faught has been a full-time fine artist since 2005, showing at museums and galleries, working on commissions, and raising her three children with her husband, guitarist Adam Jones, in Los Angeles, California. She continues to be influenced by old school portrait painters like John Singer Sargent. Faught's work has been exhibited at numerous solo shows in Los Angeles, at Corey Helford Gallery, as well as galleries and museums in New York, Toronto, Paris and United Kingdom, as well as featured in prestigious magazines such as ArtNews, Abitare, High Fructose, and American Art Collector.
